What happens when I order?
We will contact you after placing your order to obtain all the relevant information we need to complete your designs. Please have all of the information typed out to email across rather than on the phone.
What other options are available for this design?
Matching stationery and evening options are available for all invites; if you cannot see this for a particular design please just ask for details.
If you would like any designs in a different format for example a 2 fold Invitation or a Pocketfold Please Get in touch for a quote.

How are deliveries sent?
All stationery deliveries under a value of £50 are sent using Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery. Orders over £50 are sent using multiple trusted couriers including Yodel and Hermes, these are 2-5 working day services, therefore if I think you require a faster service than this (for instance if your wedding is very soon) then I will either suggest or insist this depending on the time frame and this will cost a little extra. The price you pay for the standard 2-5 service will depend on the value and weight on your order, and will be calculated at the checkout. The full price of your order is always insured against loss or damage.
Average time from approved proof to dispatch is currently around 3 weeks but this is not exact and may fluctuate, you will be informed of this after you have ordered. Pocketfolds may take longer than this. Please feel free to ask about delivery for your specific products and quantities before making an order. Delay to orders is usually in the proofing process as orders will not progress until I have confirmation that you are 100% happy with the last sent proof, it is therefore better to be certain of your text before emailing it to me.
Other delivery information
Please get in touch if you need your order by a particular date. Please ensure a delivery address is provided where there will be somebody to sign for your order. You will be informed when your order is dispatched.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes I can send orders abroad, please get in touch for a postage quote to your particular destination.
Do you print guest’s names?
I can print guest’s names but this is not included in the website prices. Get in touch for a quote, this will be a very small one off fee and will depend on the size of your order.
Can you print on textured or ivory card?
I currently only keep a stock of white card, the pockets come in a range of colours but these cannot be printed directly onto. If you are interested in textured or ivory card I can quote you for these but it will be an increase from the listed prices.
Can you provide information cards to go with the single sided and single fold invites?
Yes I can make matching A6 size info card for directions/gifts/hotel info etc please get in touch for details.
Do you have a brochure/catalogue to send?
Sorry I don’t at this present time, but samples can be ordered from here, If you’re in Hereford I would be happy to come and see you with my range of designs
Is there matching stationery for every design even if it is not shown on the website?
YES all designs can be used for a whole stationery range, even if your require something that is not shown at all for example ‘order of the day’ cards, favour tags, post boxes, this can be done, get in touch for a quote.
