Delivery

All stationery deliveries under a value of £50 are sent using Royal Mail.

Orders over £50 are sent using multiple trusted couriers including Yodel and Hermes. These are 3-5 working day services, therefore if we think you require a faster service than this (for instance if your wedding is very soon) then we will either suggest or insist this depending on the time frame and this will cost a little extra. The price you pay for the standard 3-5 service will depend on the value and weight on your order, and will be calculated at the checkout. The full order price is always insured against loss or damage but not for delays.

We are currently offering orders over £150 free postage!

All Postage costs calculated at the checkout are to UK addresses. We can post overseas by quote so do please get in touch.

Please ensure a delivery address is provided where there will be somebody to sign for your order.

The average time from approved proof to delivery is usually around 2/3 weeks but this is not exact and may fluctuate. You will be informed of this after you have ordered.  Smaller orders will likely be quicker and larger ones slower etc. If you need to know before ordering please do ask and we’ll let you know current times.
