What happens when I order?

We will contact you after placing your order to obtain all the relevant information we need to complete your designs. Please have all of the information typed out to email across rather than on the phone.

What other options are available for this design?

Matching stationery and evening options are available for all invites; if you cannot see this for a particular design please just ask for details.

Most designs can be adapted to a single side / single fold / 2 fold / pocketfold / gatefold etc Please Get in touch for a quote.

Do you print guest’s names?

I can print guest’s names but this is not included in the website prices. Get in touch for a quote, this will be a small one off fee and will depend on the size of your order.

Can you print on textured or ivory card?

Some invite have multiple card options. If you are interested in textured, ivory or pearlescent card for a design that does not have this options I will be happy to quote you for these but would need numbers, prices may be effected. Of course printing some designs on coloured card will affect the overall appearance, therefore I would suggest ordering a sample first.

Can you provide information cards to go with the single sided and single fold invites?

Yes I can make matching A6 size info card for directions/gifts/hotel info etc please get in touch for details. I can also make larger A6 size rsvps to include a menu choice.

Do you have a brochure/catalogue to send?

Sorry I don’t at this present time, but samples can be ordered from here, If you’re in Hereford I would be happy to come and see you with my range of designs

Is there matching stationery for every design even if it is not shown on the website?

YES all designs can be used for a whole stationery range, even if your require something that is not shown at all for example ‘order of the day’ cards, favour tags, post boxes, this can be done, get in touch for a quote.

Can the designs be altered in any way?

Yes of course, most orders end up with slight alterations to the overall design without extra cost, this can be as simple as changing the colours, to adding chickens instead of lovebirds or sunflowers instead of roses! Prices for all bespoke designs will depend on the design/size/shape of the stationery and added embellishments.

Do you have to stick to the text format shown on this particular invite? Do you use text templates?

Space proving you can have anything you like written in your invites, I do not use formats as such, if you are stuck for what to write however I will of course advise on this.

Is there a minimum order number?

For most items no. Most Pocketfolds and gatefolds have a minimum order of 25, so do magnetic save the date cards. The minimum order amounts as stated on the website are for new and existing customers so please make sure you have ordered plenty, orders of less than the minimum at a later date amount may incur extra fees or may not be possible at all.

Do you do Birthday/Party/Anniversary/Hen do/Christening stationery?
